Responsibilities
Project work including: preparation of detailed design drawings and specifications for regulatory approvals; preparation of drawings for tender and construction; and preparation of detailed schedules of materials and finishes
Contribute to planning applications and other regulatory application procedures
Liaise with appropriate authorities (e.g. planning departments and building inspectors) when producing documentation for statutory approval
Identify surveys required pre-commencement, ensuring they are undertaken and their results are fed into the project
Lead the detailed design process
Coordinate design information
Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

As an Architectural Technologist with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, you will be able to demonstrate a good working understanding of Revit, AutoCAD software and Microsoft Office suite. Experience on Enscape, Photoshop and Sketch-up desirable but not essential. A good in-depth technical knowledge is required, you will be a respectable all-rounder who is familiar with the technical delivery stages of RIBA.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Architectural Technologist and will have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion, be able to diligently communicate and to ensure timely execution. You will conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
