A + G Architects have recently secured a planning permission for a complete overhaul of a local rural site.
The works consist of a refurbishment of the farm house and construction of a new contemporary addition to provide office space to a local business just outside of Loughborough.
Tucked behind a screening bund and the main road, the building will be finished in stained timber cladding and will effortlessly blend with its surroundings, thus preserving the rural character of the site. Minimal design of the contemporary part of the development will also help to emphasize the refurbished farm building.
