A successful culmination of a five year long process. Last night the Charnwood Borough Council’s Plans Committee unanimously granted an approval for the construction of a seven flats property in the Ashby Road Conservation area in Loughborough.
Working closely with the planners, conservation officers and the community, A+G Architects have produced a contemporary design that celebrates the area and creates a landmark feature.
